London Bridge SE1 / Bank EC3 / Sessions on Zoom available
I am a Psychosynthesis and EFT Counsellor based in Bank EC3 and London Bridge SE1 Face to Face or online with Zoom
Struggling to get through the day because of anxiety or feelings of depression? Trying to cope with OCD or Pure-O (a form of OCD where a person experiences unwanted thoughts without compulsions or rituals)?
Has something happened in your life that has triggered feelings from the past that has left you feeling overwhelmed?
Perhaps you have always had depression as part of your life because you came from a family that had issues of alcohol or drug abuse or some other addiction. Or perhaps you came from a family where materially you had everything except emotional support and attention.
I work in a way that will lead you to understand why you are feeling so much anxiety, anger, rage and then to understand that it is possible to heal this pain. I work to help my clients understand what it means to be in relationship with yourself. To help integrate the parts of yourself that you had split off because events were too painful and if they happened when you were a child then you were too young to process or understand what was happening to you or around you.
Please fee free to contact me and we can arrange a free initial 15 minute consultation on the phone and I can give you an idea of how we might work together. If you are happy to continue, we can arrange an initial consultation to speak about what you would like help with in more detail. I might typically suggest having 6 weekly sessions and then reviewing progress.
We can control everything from which we disidentify ourselves.

Below is a paragraph from a book called A Psychotherapy of Love.
It is quite accurate to say, “We have all been impacted by nonempathic environments in our lives, and so have suffered primal wounding.” But this phrase seems mild, given the experience it is attempting to describe. To say it in another, more experiential way: we have all felt ourselves humiliated, discounted, and used as objects to serve the desperate need of others; we have all been abandoned, left to disintegrate in the face of unknown horrors; we have all felt the gut-wrenching plummet toward personal nonexistence. This may now seem overstated—but not to those aspects of us who bore the brunt of this wounding. Firman and Gila, A Psychotherapy of Love
